Shoddy progressive lenses - Shoddy Progressive Lenses
I brought in my own Ray Ban Clubmaster frames and a prescription from the eye doctor next door to Lenscrafters to have progressive lenses installed. I immediately noticed something was off and I could not see clearly. I was told that I had to adjust to the new prescription and two months later I still could not see properly through them so I had to resort to wearing my old progressive lenses. I should not be able to see better through my old glasses than my new ones!!! I went back several times and was told there was nothing they could do as it was outside of the 30 period. I went back to them prior to the 30 days and was told I had to adjust to them and was not offered a refund. Now I am stuck with glasses I cannot wear and Lenscrafters is holding my money hostage and will not refund full or half of my money!!! I suspect that the so called optometrist and Lenscrafters are in cahoots with each other because between the two of them they are giving out poor eye exams and shoddy lens installations! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN KEEP THE BAD LENSES!!!!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE BE VERY AWARE!!!!
